What To Expect From This Retreat
Everything offered in this retreat is optional, allowing you to design your own schedule as desired
This is our daily program:
- 6 am. Morning meditation on the beach.
- 7 am. Breakfast served at the retreat center.
- 9 am. Yoga - Hula Hoop class.
- 12 pm. Lunch served at the retreat center.
- 2 pm. Surfing, relax or workshop ! You decide.
- 5 pm. Meet at the beach for refreshments and hoop jam
enjoying the best sunset in the world.
- 7pm. Dinner served at the retreat center.
Every meal is prepared with love by our in house chef. With vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option. A selection of beverages will be served with dinner every evening.
Each day we will have a different workshop that focuses on a variety of different hooping techniques including fire hooping, as well as chocolate making, Native art crafts and more.
Enjoy the sunset with refreshments and snacks on the beach.

Travel info
We will be picking you up from the San Jose airport on February 13th at 1:30 pm. Enjoy our private taxi on your journey to Pavones stopping for all your necessities. You will arrive in late evening ,where there will be a room waiting for you, allowing you to have a good nights rest before your week begins.
The next morning wake up to discover paradise. Hot breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruits and raw local chocolate will be served then your day will begin.

Pavones encompasses the best of rustic Costa Rica. This tropical beachside paradise on the south Pacific coast serves as the perfect backdrop for our Retreat, its peaceful living accompanied by some of the world’s best surfing.
The Beaches are gorgeous, safe and private. This time of the year the ocean is perfect for swimming and surfing.
The river is just 2 minutes walking from our retreat center. The perfect place to spend some time and enjoy both the ocean and the river in the peaceful and magic atmosphere of Pavones.
You can read a book, enjoy the sounds of the ocean or walk 10 minutes to the tide pools.
